Predrag Nikić je magistrirao u Beogradu sa temom pod nazivom: Uticaj ličnosti menadžera na korporativnu kulturu, uz stručno vođstvo mentora prof. dr Pržulj Živke. U okviru multidisciplinarnih studija AAOM–a magistrirao na smeru: Psihologija i antropologija religije sa temom: Psihološko viđenje bogatstva u religijskom mišljenju i ponašanju prehišćanskih Srba, uz vođstvo mentora prof. dr Trebješanin Žarka. Februara 2002. godine stiče znave ovlašćenog revizora, a na osnovu rešenja Saveznog Ministarstva Finansija. Na Fakultetu za trgovinu i bankarstvo Univerziteta ALFA brani doktorsku disertaciju pod nazivom: Uticaj afektivnih komponenti emocionalne inteligencije menadžera na organizacionu kulturu preduzeća u Srbiji. Od strane Senata Univerziteta u 2008. godini biva izabran u zvanje docenta za užu naučnu oblast „Menadžment“. Trenutno u funkciji predavača na predmetu: Menadžment ljudskih resursa na redovnim studijama fakulteta i predmetu „Poslovne komunikacije“ na dodiplomskim akademskim studijama – master; u funkciji direktora preduzeća Jugotrejd doo iz Beograda; predsednika UO Gas investa ad i predsednika društva za proučavanje i primenu EQ u Beogradu.

SHORT BIOGRAPHY OF AUTHOR OF THE ARTICLE

Predrag Nikic gained his MA degree researching the subject of the Manager Personality Influence on Corporative Culture, with supervision of mentor Zivka Przulj, PhD, Professor, in Belgrade. In the multidisciplinary studies of AAEN at Department of Psychology and Anthropology of Religion he gained MA on the subject of Psychological View of Spiritual Wealth in Religious Thinking and Behavior of Pre-Christian Serbs, with supervision of mentor Zarko Trebjesanin, PhD, Professor. On February 2002 he gained the title of an authorized auditor, on the basis of decision of the Federal Ministry of Finance. At the Faculty for Commerce and Banking of the University ALFA he defended his doctoral thesis with the title Influence of the Affective Components of Emotional Intelligence of Managers on Organizational Culture of the Enterprises in Serbia. In 2008, Senate of the University honored him with the title Docent in specialized scientific field of Management. At present, he teaches Management of the Human Resources at the undergraduate studies of the Faculty for Commerce and Banking and Business Communications at the graduate studies – master, he works at the function of Director of Jugotrade Ltd. in Belgrade; President of the Board of Directors in the company “Gas Invest” Ltd. and President of Society for Research and Implementation of Emotional Intelligence in Belgrade.
